Shipping policy

We currently ship Australia wide, New Zealand, Europe, UK, USA and Canada. 

Processing & Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Australia

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2–3 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard shipping: 6–10 business days

Europe, United Kingdom, United States & Canada

  • Standard shipping: 8–15 business days

Please allow additional time for rural and remote areas and during peak shipping periods.

    • Express Shipping: $19 AUD
    • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.

    New Zealand

    • Flat Rate Shipping: $20 AUD
    • Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.

    United Kingdom

    • Flat Rate Shipping:
      • Orders up to $650 AUD: $65 AUD
      • Orders over $650 AUD: $130 AUD

    United States

    • Flat Rate Shipping (inclusive of applicable 10% tariffs):
      • Orders up to $650 AUD: $80 AUD
      • Orders over $650 AUD: $160 AUD

    Canada

    • Flat Rate Shipping: $60 AUD

    Europe

    • Flat Rate Shipping:
      • Orders up to $650 AUD: $70 AUD
      • Orders over $650 AUD: $140 AUD

    Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

    Pre-Orders

    If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available. This allows us to ensure your pieces arrive together in a single shipment.

    If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after your purchase. Where possible, we may be able to arrange separate shipments; however, additional shipping charges will apply for each additional shipment, including any applicable duties, taxes and import charges for international orders.

    Damaged Orders

    Every piece is carefully packaged to protect the stone during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofmarmar.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage.

    Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are guided by Australia Post/DHL and may vary. We will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
