Shipping policy
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
Processing & Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.

New Zealand
- Standard shipping: 6–10 business days
United Kingdom, United States & Canada
- Standard shipping: 8–15 business days
Please allow additional time for rural and remote areas and during peak shipping periods.

- Express shipping: $19 AUD
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.
New Zealand
- Flat rate shipping: $20 AUD
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $250 AUD.
United Kingdom
- Flat rate shipping: $75 AUD.
United States
- Flat rate shipping (including tariffs) : $80 AUD.
Canada
- Flat rate shipping: $60 AUD.
Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes or import charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders Every piece is carefully packaged to protect the stone during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofmarmar.com.au with your order number and photos of the damage.
Please note that once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are guided by Australia Post and may vary. We will always do our best to resolve any issues that arise.
