Returns & refunds
At House of MarMar, each piece is thoughtfully crafted from natural stone and designed to be kept. We take care in ensuring every order arrives in perfect condition
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your piece must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging, in the same condition it was received. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns are only accepted for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
International Orders
All international sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on international orders for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review your claim.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Each piece is sculpted from natural stone, meaning no two are ever the same. Variations in colour, veining, texture, and natural markings are inherent to the material and are not considered faults.
Return Process
If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and supporting imagery.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@houseofmarmar.com.au. If your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your piece.
As our pieces are crafted from natural stone, we recommend ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged during return shipping.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or made-to-order pieces, and any items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery. Due to the nature of natural stone, variations in colour, veining, and texture are not considered faults and are not eligible for return.
Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific piece.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
