The MarMar Espresso Set Giveaway
By entering the House of MarMar Giveaway (the "Promotion"), participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Promoter
The promoter is House of MarMar, operated by House of MarMar, ABN 59 343 644 642, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia ("Promoter").

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on Friday, 23 October 2026, and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Thursday, 29 October 2026.
Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
The winner will be drawn on Friday, 30 October 2026.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over with a valid email address and an Australian delivery address.
Employees, contractors and individuals directly involved in administering the Promotion, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To participate, eligible entrants must:

Visit the official House of MarMar giveaway landing page.

Complete the entry form with their name and valid email address.

Submit their entry during the Promotional Period.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or automated entries may be disqualified.
By submitting the giveaway entry form, participants consent to joining the MarMarian community and receiving ongoing marketing emails from House of MarMar, including collection launches, product updates, early access, exclusive offers and other brand communications.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Unsubscribing after entering will not invalidate their giveaway entry or affect their chances of winning.
Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to enter the giveaway. Entrants who separately opt in to SMS marketing consent to receiving promotional text messages from House of MarMar and may withdraw that consent at any time, including by replying STOP to a text message where supported.
5. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a House of MarMar Espresso Set, consisting of two (2) marble espresso cups and two (2) saucers.
The winner may select their preferred finish from the following two options:

Brown Emperador x Travertine
The winner will receive one complete Espresso Set in their chosen finish.
The total retail value of the prize is AUD $299 (including GST).
Complimentary standard delivery to one Australian address is included.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or store credit.
As each piece is crafted from natural stone, variations in colour, pattern, veining and texture are inherent characteristics of the material, making each set unique.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.
The draw will take place on Friday, 30 October 2026, at 10 AEDT, using a random electronic selection method.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.
The winner is not required to be present at the draw.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within two (2) business days of the draw.
The winner will be asked to confirm their eligibility, preferred marble finish and Australian delivery address.
The winning result will also be published on the House of MarMar Instagram in accordance with applicable privacy and competition requirements.
House of MarMar will never request payment or banking information to claim the prize.
8. Unclaimed Prize
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed-prize draw, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals.
Any replacement winner will be contacted by email, and the result published in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
9. Prize Delivery
The prize will be dispatched within fourteen (14) business days of the winner confirming their eligibility, marble selection and valid delivery address, subject to product availability.
Shipping within Australia is complimentary.
The Promoter will take reasonable care when packaging and dispatching the prize. Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control may occur.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange prize delivery.
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to joining the MarMarian community and receiving ongoing marketing emails from House of MarMar.
These communications may include collection announcements, new product releases, early access invitations, exclusive offers, brand updates and other promotional content.
Entrants will be added to the House of MarMar email marketing database, managed through Klaviyo, and may receive automated welcome emails and subsequent marketing communications.
Email marketing consent remains in effect until withdrawn. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.
Withdrawing consent after entering the Promotion will not affect an entrant's eligibility for the prize draw.
Providing a mobile phone number is optional. Entrants who separately consent to SMS marketing may also receive promotional text messages from House of MarMar. SMS consent may be withdrawn independently of email consent.
Personal information may be processed by trusted third-party service providers assisting with giveaway administration, email marketing and prize delivery. Information may be processed or stored overseas in connection with those services, as described in the House of MarMar Privacy Policy.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and the House of MarMar Privacy Policy, available at www.houseofmarmar.com.au.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entry eligibility and disqualify fraudulent, misleading or unlawful entries.
The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, only to the extent permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures or internet disruptions outside its reasonable control.
The Promoter's decisions regarding the administration of the Promotion will be final to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms restricts any statutory rights or remedies available to entrants.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is independently administered by House of MarMar and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
To the extent permitted by law, participants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from liability connected with the Promotion.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Promotion, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion is governed by applicable Australian laws.
